Melanie Marten, the owner, qualified interpreter for English and French, studied translation and interpreting focused at subjects such as law, business and economics at Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Université de Provence of Aix-en-Provence, France (Maîtrise) and Thames Valley University of London, England (B.A. Hons.) and is a court interpreter for the jurisdiction of the Düsseldorf Court of Appeal. Her linguistic and professional qualifications are supplemented by years of commercial experience in the service industry as the Director of Berlitz School of Languages of Duisburg.
